Recruiter – Global Legal Talent

About the role

RemoteLegalStaff is building a dedicated recruitment team to source, assess, and profile legal professionals worldwide. As a Recruiter you will focus on one of three specialist tracks – Marketing & Sourcing, Screening & Assessment, or Profiling – and help match talent from Latin America, the Philippines, South Africa and other regions with U.S. law firms.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates across global markets, building proactive pipelines.
• Develop employer‑brand touchpoints and recruitment campaigns aligned with your specialist track.
• Screen candidates for foundation, communication, judgment and critical thinking using structured, competency‑based interviews.
• Document evaluations and maintain high‑quality candidate records.
• Leverage AI tools and ATS platforms daily to manage multiple open roles.
• Partner with Operations to ensure hires support long‑term retention.
• Continuously improve sourcing, screening or profiling processes based on track focus.
• Protect client experience by never presenting weak candidates.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or agency environments.
• Proven active‑sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, passive outreach).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Solid judgment with the ability to make fast, evidence‑based decisions.
• Comfortable working with talent pools in LATAM, the Philippines, and South Africa.
