About the role
We are seeking a Recruiter to manage full‑cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and shortlist applicants.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow‑up.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
Required profile
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Prior experience in BPO or professional services environments (advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory hiring practices.
Required skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience using online job platforms.
- Competence with standard office productivity tools.
