About the role
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join Innovior in Kundasale as a Receptionist & Marketing Executive. In this hybrid position you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also supporting our digital marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and perform general front‑desk administrative tasks.
- Assist in planning, executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns and manage social media content.
- Represent Innovior’s brand by maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare promotional materials and support local marketing activities.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, customer service or marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to multitask.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and innovate.
