About the role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused Receptionist to join our team in Rathmalana. The role involves handling front‑office duties and providing excellent service to visitors and callers.
Required profile
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude when dealing with customers and visitors.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional appearance and manner.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
Required skills
- Previous experience in Reception, Front Office, or Customer Service (mandatory).
- Good English and Sinhala communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to handle day‑to‑day computer‑related tasks.
