Project Manager – On-site (Kalutara District)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Project Manager position is based in the Kalutara District. You will oversee the complete project lifecycle, handling planning, scheduling, resource coordination and risk management to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, managing expediting and logistics activities.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports and documentation, and supervise inspection processes.
• Resolve operational issues, maintain clear stakeholder communication, and align outcomes with business goals.
• Identify process enhancements and support standardisation across projects for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Relevant academic qualification in project management, engineering, business or related field; PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, leading cross‑functional teams and handling multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in technology, business solutions, education or marketing projects is considered advantageous.
