Project Manager – International IT Projects (US Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead IT projects for international clients within our fast‑growing BPO team. You will act as the main liaison between global stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage IT projects for international clients, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and quality.
• Serve as the primary communication point between clients and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain clear project documentation, reporting, and status updates.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to achieve project goals.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring smooth client communication and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in Project Management, Web Coordination, or a similar role in the IT or digital industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong client handling and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfortable working with clients across different time zones, especially US business hours.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Prior experience with international clients is a definite advantage.
