Project Manager - ERP Implementation

About the role

Inivos, an authorized IFS Channel and Services partner, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end ERP (IFS) implementation projects. You will work closely with delivery heads, technical and functional teams, and clients across multiple regions to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of IFS ERP implementation projects from initiation to post‑go‑live support.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project.
• Conduct risk assessments, maintain risk registers and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular status, scrum and health review meetings.
• Ensure project governance, documentation standards and compliance protocols are met.
• Resolve bottlenecks, roadblocks and cross‑functional interdependencies.
• Mentor junior project managers or coordinators as needed.
• Oversee change‑management activities and support organizational readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading ERP implementations (IFS preferred).
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale, cross‑border implementations with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
