Project Manager – Civil

About the role

Hayleys Construction & Engineering is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead construction projects at sites in Avissawella and Horana. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and allocate resources such as manpower, machinery, and materials to keep project expenses within the allocated budget.
• Monitor daily progress, coordinate with clients, main contractors, and head office, and ensure timelines are met.
• Conduct cost‑analysis, plan and reschedule activities to align with budget and physical plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact on site.
• Implement safety and quality standards, resolve day‑to‑day issues, and keep accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager.
• Willingness to work on any site location and travel as needed.
