Project Manager – Business Excellence

About the role

Variosystems is seeking a Project Manager to drive Business Excellence across its electronic solutions portfolio. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure delivery of high‑quality, reliable systems for critical industries.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; create comprehensive project plans.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead execution, monitor progress, adjust plans, and report status to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Maintain project management templates, methodologies, reporting platforms, and coordinate SAP finance and controlling activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
