Project Finance Controller

About the role

The Project Finance Controller (PFC) will lead financial management for simplified scenario projects, supporting both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, low‑cost contracts, improving operational efficiency, and sharing results with the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Direct‑sales Finance process and assist the Project Manager in publishing DR1/DR2 budgets.
• Perform routine forecasting, performance reviews, and final accounting (DR4) when projects close.
• Maintain project accounting data, generate timely and accurate financial reports, and monitor revenue, costs, inventory, and accounts receivable.
• Track project health indicators through dynamic forecasting and manage financial risks and assumptions.
• Publicize, train, and enforce company financial policies, ensuring compliance with tax, treasury, audit, and penalty regulations.
• Act as the financial representative of the project team, resolving cash‑advance, reimbursement, supplier payment, and other financial issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Post‑Graduate Diploma, Professional or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting, operational analysis, or cost management.
• Strong data sensitivity, logical thinking, and communication skills.
• Service‑oriented mindset with awareness of supervisory responsibilities.
