Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives from initiation through delivery. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and business stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into executable project plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives across multiple teams, planning and coordinating activities toward defined objectives while managing risk.
• Own project scope, timeline, budget, and success measures, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and business goals.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, maintaining project plans, artifacts, and status reporting throughout the lifecycle.
• Represent technical teams in client meetings for scoping, requirements gathering, and status updates, and act as the primary escalation point.
• Perform risk analysis, establish mitigation plans, and continuously improve processes and Agile metrics.
• Provide project leadership, mentorship, and resource allocation for assigned team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects or programs, preferably in large‑scale web services, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and managed‑service/offshore delivery models.
• Experience overseeing vendor deliverables and integrating third‑party workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.

• Azure DevOps (administration and project setup)
• Microsoft Project (critical‑path scheduling, resource leveling)
• Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• Pivotal Tracker or Rally (experience preferred)
• Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles
