Program Management Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives. Partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, Quality Engineering and UI/UX teams, you will drive execution, manage risks and ensure alignment with business objectives. The role is comparable to Technical Program Manager, Technology Program Manager or Delivery Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of strategic programs spanning multiple teams, defining scope, goals, deliverables, dependencies and milestones.
• Coordinate resources across projects, act as central communication hub between teams, executives and stakeholders, and resolve program‑level risks and impediments.
• Directly manage Project Managers, providing coaching, performance feedback and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Establish governance processes, monitor progress, report key metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, IT or Management and 10+ years of program management experience in a technology‑driven organization.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills, with a strategic, proactive problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, Smartsheet and Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with various project methodologies and program‑level risk management.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM or PMI‑ACP.
