Profit Share Marketer

About the role

The Profit Share Marketer will drive qualified leads and revenue growth for a Sri‑Lanka‑based software development agency. Working remotely, you will plan, execute, and optimise performance‑based digital campaigns that directly contribute to the company’s profit share.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch digital campaigns across search, social media, email, and content channels.
• Create, test, and iterate marketing assets such as ad copy, landing pages, and email templates.
• Manage analytics dashboards, track key performance indicators, and report on ROI.
• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to refine messaging and develop compelling offers for startup and enterprise clients.
• Continuously optimise funnels, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance to align with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and performance marketing, preferably in B2B or technology services.
• Strong copywriting skills for websites, landing pages, social media, and email.
• Ability to translate complex technical services into clear, compelling marketing messages.
• Comfortable working remotely with self‑directed time management and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
