About the role

The Process Associate Trainee will support BPO operations during US night shift timings, handling customer interactions and ensuring service quality.

Required profile

Passed GCE O/Ls with a C or higher grade for English, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 6 months of work experience in a similar capacity.
Ability to work night shifts aligned with US timings.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Residence within 15 km of Colombo.
