Power BI Developer

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven professional to join our team in Sri Lanka as a Power BI Developer. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation by turning complex data into actionable business insights and automating processes across finance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, KPIs and reports.
• Build and manage SQL‑based data models, data sources and dataflows.
• Automate workflows using Power Automate and create custom solutions with Power Apps.
• Support month‑end reporting and ensure dashboard availability.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives and continuously improve existing solutions.
• Document solutions, processes and data flows.
• Provide user training and technical support on Power Platform tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Commerce or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in finance analytics, automation, reporting or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and business analytics.
