Personal Assistant to Managing Director

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of Eventscape Private Limited. The position is a contract role based in Colombo with a hybrid work arrangement, offering occasional travel for short‑term overseas visits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate internal and external events.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transport and detailed itineraries.
• Prepare correspondence, basic documents and reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with clients, partners and vendors to ensure timely follow‑up on tasks and deadlines.
• Provide general administrative support while safeguarding confidentiality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive or personal assistance, preferably supporting senior leaders.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas for short periods (under 30 days).
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and using digital collaboration tools.
