Performance Marketing & Strategy Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing & Strategy Executive to join our head office team. You will drive paid‑media campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, shaping strategy and delivering measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Develop performance strategies and create pitch decks for internal stakeholders.
• Handle media planning and buying, ensuring efficient budget allocation.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuous campaign optimisation.
• Produce analytics reports, track key metrics and provide performance insights.
• Provide creative direction for conversion‑focused advertising assets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Proven experience in performance strategy, pitch deck creation and media buying.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data‑interpretation abilities.
• Understanding of ROAS, CPL, CPA, CAC, lead conversions, revenue and attribution.
