Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Super Nice Crunch is seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimise paid advertising efforts. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, passionate about digital marketing, and able to translate performance data into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor daily performance, optimise cost per lead, click‑through rate and overall ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on creative, copy, audiences and placements.
• Allocate and manage budgets across multiple campaigns.
• Build and refine target, look‑alike and retargeting audiences.
• Track and report key metrics, providing clear insights to stakeholders.
• Own campaign strategy, deciding what to test, scale or pause.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to brief and refine ad creative.
• Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates and industry best practices.
• Manage lead forms, pixel tracking and conversion events for accurate data.
• Identify and resolve under‑performing campaigns, tracking issues or technical roadblocks.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in performance or paid media marketing.
• Proven success managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting and bidding strategies.
• Passion for continuous learning and testing new approaches.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to take full ownership of campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder alignment.
• Solution‑focused attitude, tackling challenges proactively.
