Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our vibrant digital team. You will support and execute paid and organic strategies, collaborate with content, creative, analytics, and development teams, and help drive measurable results for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and other channels.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation and technical SEO audits.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and similar tools.
• Analyse data to identify trends, optimise budgets and prepare monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO or digital marketing; agency experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads platforms.
• Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
• SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Basic HTML and WordPress (CMS) knowledge.
