Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital marketing efforts across paid advertising, social media, search, and lead generation. The role focuses on driving qualified leads, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth while leveraging AI in daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns for AJAIA’s products, starting with AI training.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research to capture buyer intent and match campaigns to appropriate landing pages across the sales funnel.
• Optimize campaigns to deliver low‑cost, high‑quality leads and continuously improve performance.
• Manage advertising budgets, analyze performance data, and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Google Ads experience (certification is a baseline).
• Agency background managing multiple client accounts preferred.
• Fluent English and experience handling offshore clients.
• Proven ability to build ads (ad groups, settings, copy) and provide verifiable references.
