Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

GoByond is seeking a results‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to own our digital acquisition efforts. You will shape and optimise paid campaigns to generate high‑quality leads and measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions and ROI.
• Analyse data continuously and optimise campaigns to improve results.
• Design strategies to generate high‑quality leads and boost conversion rates.
• Collaborate with creative, content, sales and management teams.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and making data‑driven decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or e‑commerce is a plus.
