Performance Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who will own multi‑channel paid advertising across search, display and social platforms. You will design, launch and continuously optimise data‑driven campaigns that deliver measurable growth, conversions and ROI for international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid search and display campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads and Yandex Ads (search, display, video).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and bid‑strategy management.
• Develop and test ad copy and landing‑page variations to improve CTR and conversion rates.
• Monitor budgets, pacing and performance metrics such as CPC, CPA and ROAS.
• Manage paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn, including audience building, creative development and funnel‑based remarketing.
• Track and analyse performance using GA4, Google Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, Yandex Direct and Meta Ads Manager.
• Produce detailed performance reports and dashboards with Looker Studio, identifying trends and optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing multi‑platform digital ad campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Yandex Direct.
• Strong understanding of SEM, social media advertising, conversion tracking and attribution models.
