People & Culture Executive – Resort Operations

About the role

The Complex People & Culture Executive provides administrative and operational support to the People & Culture function across Anantara and Avani Kalutara Resorts. The role ensures timely execution of team member services, statutory compliance, and daily HR activities for both properties.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain food handlers’ medical examinations and keep records up to date.
• Manage team member accommodation arrangements, including room allocations and movements.
• Administer locker facilities, ensuring proper allocation and record‑keeping.
• Coordinate EPF and ETF registrations and maintain accurate statutory documentation.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for People & Culture operations across both properties.
• Assist team members and departments with routine HR queries and requirements.
• Maintain confidential employee records and handle general HR administrative tasks such as letters, reports, and filing.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of HR‑related requirements and support CSR projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across two properties while maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in HR administration, preferably within hospitality.
• Knowledge of EPF/ETF procedures and employee welfare administration is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Capability to work independently and coordinate effectively with operational teams.
