People & Culture Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to partner closely with our Customer Success team. You will act as the trusted HR point of contact for assigned team members, guiding them through onboarding, performance management, learning, development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for People & Culture queries and conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings to review workloads and address concerns.
• Communicate feedback to the Customer Success team and participate in client meetings to discuss team member engagement and performance.
• Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR and other HR systems.
• Champion a positive, inclusive culture and support company‑wide engagement events.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding for clients and new hires, coordinating with Customer Success, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Support learning and development programs, ensure development plans are in place, maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), and track training completion.
• Administer day‑to‑day employee benefits and remuneration processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a People & Culture Business Partner or similar HR role.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
• Solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Excellent relationship‑building, influencing, and communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
• Confidence working with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate records.
