This remote, commission‑only role is ideal for independent sales professionals, consultants or recruiters who want flexibility and high‑earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential client companies in your network.
• Present Flowmingo’s platform, highlighting time‑saving AI screening and improved hiring outcomes.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, guiding prospects through product adoption.
• Collect market feedback and relay insights to the product team.
• Manage your own pipeline and earn revenue based on the premium features adopted by clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or consulting.
• Strong relationships with hiring decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
