About the role
The Paid Media Specialist will develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns to meet business objectives, working closely with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement digital marketing strategy.
- Manage paid campaigns across social media and search platforms.
- Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
- Implement marketing automation to improve efficiency.
- Analyse performance data and produce regular reports.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of hands‑on paid media experience.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, platforms and marketing automation/CRM.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving ability.
Required skills
- Google Analytics
- Looker Studio
- Marketing automation tools/CRM
- Knowledge of SEO (optional advantage)
