Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join IKON’s digital marketing team. The successful candidate will plan, launch, monitor and optimise paid campaigns across major platforms, helping our clients achieve lead‑generation, brand‑awareness and conversion goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and continuously optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant networks.
• Track performance metrics, analyse data and implement data‑driven adjustments to improve ROI.
• Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research to inform targeting strategies.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend control.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with account managers, creative and content teams to develop cohesive campaign concepts.
• Stay current with platform updates, industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
