Paid Media & Growth Specialist

About the role

Turn campaigns into measurable growth. We’re looking for a Paid Media & Growth Specialist who can own the full paid‑media journey—from strategy and execution to analytics, optimisation, and delivering client results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns while driving leads, sales and measurable growth.
• Set up and manage Pixel, GA4, conversion tracking and analyse performance to optimise ROAS, CPL and CPA.
• Test, learn and scale winning campaigns in collaboration with the in‑house design and content team.
• Take ownership of campaign performance and client outcomes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of paid‑media experience with strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads.
• Hands‑on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Data‑driven analytical mindset and problem‑solving comfort with numbers.
• Results‑oriented attitude, focusing on outcomes rather than spend.
