Paid Ads Specialist – Manage Campaigns Across Google, Meta & More

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Paid Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and TikTok for a diverse client portfolio. The role will be pivotal in delivering measurable growth for brands across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage PPC/paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
• A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for clients
• Stay current with platform updates, ad policy changes, and industry trends
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams on ad assets

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid ad campaigns (agency experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
• Experience managing multiple client accounts/budgets simultaneously
• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
• Excellent communication skills for client‑facing reporting
