Outbound Sales Representative – US Market

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to own outbound appointment setting for two client partners in the web and software design and development space. This high‑activity, target‑driven cold‑calling role requires you to build your own pipeline from scratch and get US decision‑makers on the phone to book qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage outbound lead lists using Apollo.io, targeting the US market.
• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls daily to US‑based prospects.
• Qualify prospects and book discovery or strategy calls directly into client calendars.
• Consistently achieve a target of four booked qualified appointments per day.
• Handle objections confidently and re‑engage prospects who do not convert on the first call.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and pipeline activity in the CRM/tracking system.
• Collaborate closely with the client‑facing team to ensure meetings are well‑qualified and attended.
• Continuously refine call scripts, targeting, and messaging based on conversion data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation; prior experience selling into the US market is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with high outbound call volumes and daily/weekly targets.
• Strong spoken English with a neutral, US‑friendly phone accent and clear communication style.
• Resilient, competitive and self‑motivated, not rattled by rejection.
• Experience with Apollo.io or similar prospecting tools is advantageous.
• Exposure to selling website design, UI/UX, or software services is a strong bonus.
• Available to work US‑shift hours from our Orion City office.
