Outbound Sales Executive – IFS/ERP (Remote)

About the role

OasisPro Limited is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Executive to drive growth of its IFS and ERP solutions. This fully remote position focuses on turning pre‑qualified leads into meaningful conversations and sales opportunities. You will work closely with the lead generation, sales, consulting and technical teams to move prospects through the pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Contact pre‑researched prospects supplied by the lead generation team.
• Engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, phone and other outbound channels.
• Introduce OasisPro’s IFS services, solutions and software products.
• Qualify opportunities, understand initial requirements and book discovery calls or demos.
• Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently across multiple touchpoints and nurture future ERP prospects.
• Collaborate with sales, consulting and technical teams to advance opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in ERP outbound sales, business development or pre‑sales.
• Track record of successfully engaging B2B prospects through outbound outreach.
• Experience in ERP, enterprise software, IT consulting or related technology services.
• Confidence speaking with senior business and IT decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• IFS (including IFS Cloud) knowledge.
• ERP systems expertise.
• SaaS sales experience.
• CRM usage for activity tracking.
