Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our cleaning and facility management teams in Colombo. The role involves overseeing daily service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement across multiple contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations for various client sites, handling several contracts simultaneously.
• Supervise field supervisors, team leaders, and janitorial staff to maintain high service standards.
• Plan and schedule manpower, equipment, and supplies for all locations.
• Monitor service quality, implement improvement initiatives, and address operational issues promptly.
• Maintain strong client relationships and respond to their concerns.
• Prepare operational reports, assist with budgeting, and control costs.

Required profile

• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2.5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in cleaning or facility services.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage teams effectively.
