Operations Intern – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Intern to support the day‑to‑day activities of a premium wellness and lifestyle destination. This on‑site internship in Colombo offers hands‑on exposure to hospitality operations, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational activities to ensure smooth business flow.
• Maintain accurate customer records, operational reports, and documentation.
• Support appointment bookings, confirmations, and schedule coordination.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, delivering a professional experience.
• Liaise with therapists, guest‑relations staff, and management to facilitate internal communication.
• Monitor inventory levels, help with stock replenishment, and manage operational supplies.
• Contribute to wellness events, promotional campaigns, and special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a hospitality‑related diploma or completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, or operations is a plus.
