Online Reputation Management Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Online Reputation Management Associate to manage and enhance the online presence of our international healthcare clients. The role focuses on profile optimisation, review monitoring, reputation‑building strategies and maintaining positive digital interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for all online reputation tasks for assigned client accounts.
• Create and manage client profiles on platforms such as Google, Yelp, Healthgrades and other review sites.
• Optimise profiles for visibility, accuracy and positive perception, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor incoming reviews, draft professional responses and develop review‑generation campaigns.
• Analyse reputation metrics, produce reports and provide actionable insights.
• Participate in voice and video meetings with international clients, mainly during EST time zones.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience managing social media or online profiles.
• Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive problem‑solver able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Google My Business / Google profile management.
• Yelp and Healthgrades platform experience.
• Canva for creating simple graphics.
• Skype, Zoom and G Suite for communication and collaboration.
