Network Security Administrator

About the role

The Network Security Administrator will join a global support team to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our worldwide network infrastructure. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, handling incidents, leading technical calls, and driving continuous improvement across the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tickets and incidents through the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead technical incident calls as a SME and provide break‑fix support.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and define process improvements.
• Own issue resolution in an SLA‑driven environment.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Conduct testing and auditing activities as needed.
• Maintain high levels of customer and employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate within a Follow‑the‑Sun global support model.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience as a Network Engineer supporting global infrastructures.
• Experience working in a Follow‑the‑Sun support model.
• Cisco CCNP or equivalent networking certifications.
• Expert knowledge of LAN/WAN architectures, IP services, and security technologies.

Required skills

• ServiceNow ticketing platform.
• Cisco Firepower, ASA, ASR/ISR, ISE, Meraki.
• VPN (IPsec/SSL), GRE, MPLS, WAN technologies.
• F5 load balancers.
• SD‑WAN concepts (plus).
