Network Engineer – Network Provisioning

About the role

Superloop is seeking a Network Engineer to join its Network Provisioning team within the Operations unit. You will lead the design, configuration and deployment of complex network services that support both customer and internal requirements across our broadband, business and wholesale segments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end provisioning of MPLS, IP VPN, Internet, SD‑WAN and Cloud connectivity services.
• Perform network design, configuration, testing and deployment in line with customer requirements and SLA commitments.
• Review and validate customer specifications, translating them into high‑quality technical solutions.
• Conduct network audits and pre‑deployment checks to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers and Solution Architects to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain and update network documentation, design templates and provisioning standards.
• Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure smooth handover of services after provisioning.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in network engineering, preferably within a telecom or service‑provider environment.
• Strong understanding of MPLS, IP VPN, SD‑WAN and Cloud connectivity concepts.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and produce reliable technical designs.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors.
