Network Engineer – Microsoft & Azure Specialist

About the role

The role ensures reliable, secure, and compliant operation of the organization’s on‑premises and cloud‑based IT infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft and Azure services. You will support uninterrupted access to email, collaboration, identity, and endpoint management services while meeting audit, SLA, and business continuity requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot and administer Office 365/Exchange email servers, gateways, moderation, user provisioning and mobile device access.
• Manage enterprise file server solutions and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) – remote logins, patch/Windows update deployments, client installation and distribution points.
• Configure and monitor Azure Active Directory for hybrid identity, user provisioning, group management and conditional access policies.
• Administer Microsoft Azure infrastructure – VMs, storage services, networking and Security Center monitoring.
• Administer Office 365 cloud services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Exchange Online and Azure Multi‑Factor Authentication.
• Manage cloud identity and access through Azure AD, implementing Single Sign‑On and cloud application integrations.
• Provide remote support outside business hours and onsite assistance during critical outages.
• Produce periodic compliance reports for audit requirements and manage vendor SLAs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking, IT, BIT, BCS or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of IT experience, preferably in banking or finance.
• Strong collaboration, communication, technical problem‑solving, adaptability, deadline management and stakeholder/vendor management skills.
