National Consultant – Data Analysis & Reporting (Emergency Response)

About the role
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a National Consultant to support emergency response activities in Sri Lanka. The consultant will lead the consolidation, quality assurance, analysis and reporting of data collected through a Multi‑Sector Needs Assessment (MSNA) to inform durable resettlement planning.
Key responsibilities
- Compile and quality‑assure quantitative and qualitative data gathered by field officers during the MSNA.
- Conduct statistical and thematic analysis of socio‑economic, protection and community‑level information.
- Prepare a comprehensive MSNA report, including community profiles, vulnerability analyses and evidence‑based recommendations.
- Ensure that findings are aligned with protection‑informed approaches and international standards for durable solutions.
- Support the finalisation, presentation and dissemination of the report to government authorities, UN partners and other stakeholders.
