About the role
Growell Lanka is seeking a flexible, proactive, and hands‑on Multi‑Skilled Technician to support its facilities services operations in Colombo and Moratuwa.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work.
- Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other facility‑related tasks.
- Identify and report maintenance issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Support day‑to‑day facilities management operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a technician or maintenance role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
