Motion Graphic Designer

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position at our Colombo headquarters will have you conceptualising and designing high‑quality motion graphics and compelling video content. You will ensure all visual materials follow brand guidelines while collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead motion graphics and video editing for digital, social, and advertising platforms.
• Contribute to idea generation and visual storytelling.
• Ensure motion design aligns with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Collaborate with copy, art, and digital teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in motion design or video editing.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.
• Familiarity with AI tools and current motion‑design trends.
• Nice to have: experience with 3D software, basic graphic design knowledge, and small‑scale video production.
