About the role

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Coordinator will lead MERL activities for the GRIT project, a six‑year initiative aimed at enhancing economic empowerment and inclusive growth for young women in northern Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate monitoring, evaluation, research and learning functions for the GRIT project.
• Work under the supervision of the Senior Manager, GRIT.
• Ensure data collection, analysis and reporting align with project objectives.

Required profile

• Open to Sri Lankan nationals only.
• Two‑year fixed‑term contract.
• Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
