About the role
The Mini Bar Attendant ensures that each guest room’s mini bar is fully stocked, clean, and ready for use, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable stay for guests at Anantara Kalutara Resort.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and replenish in‑room mini bars according to hotel standards.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and record items for accurate guest billing.
- Ensure cleanliness and attractive presentation of all mini bar items.
- Report any discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate department.
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to mini bar items, delivering exceptional service.
Required profile
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Capability to perform daily inventory and stock management tasks.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality hospitality service.
