About the role
The Mini Bar Attendant ensures that each guest room’s mini bar is fully stocked, clean, and ready for use. Working within Anantara Kalutara Resort, you will support the hospitality team by delivering a seamless in‑room experience that reflects the brand’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Replenish mini bar items daily according to hotel standards.
- Conduct inventory checks and record all items for accurate guest billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of mini bars.
- Report any discrepancies or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
- Respond quickly to guest requests related to mini bar services.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Reliability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
