Merchandiser – Bulk (Activewear)

About the role
The Bulk Merchandiser will ensure that all merchandise required for production is available on time, coordinating with internal teams, external suppliers and the final buyer. This position supports the Activewear Value Stream, which serves global brands such as Nike, Lululemon, Patagonia and Gymshark.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the customer calendar and plan internal activities to meet delivery dates.
- Maintain adequate raw‑material stock, manage inventory and provide accurate procurement data.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure quality material at competitive terms.
- Implement a time‑and‑action plan for order management and share updates with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical personnel to resolve production issues quickly.
- Arrange shipping and handle all related documentation to ensure timely delivery.
Required profile
- Marketing degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation capabilities.
