Medical Officer – Dermatology & Aesthetics

About the role

The Medical Officer will join 360 Skin Clinic in Colombo, delivering comprehensive dermatological and aesthetic care. Working on‑site full‑time, you will lead patient consultations, assess skin conditions, and design personalized treatment plans that align with the clinic’s evidence‑based protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient consultations and clinical assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized dermatology and aesthetic treatment plans.
• Perform and supervise minor surgical and aesthetic procedures safely.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, aestheticians, and other specialists.
• Document clinical findings and maintain accurate patient records.
• Participate in patient education and staff training initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree with registration to the relevant medical council.
• Experience in dermatology, medical aesthetics, or related clinical practice.
• Proven ability to perform minor surgical or aesthetic procedures.
• Strong patient‑care orientation and communication skills.
• Team‑player who can work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to mentor staff and engage in continuous professional development.
