Medical Delegate

About the role

Haleon is seeking a Medical Delegate to promote its consumer health brands to healthcare professionals. The role involves scientific engagement, product education, and building demand for a portfolio that includes Sensodyne®, Panadol®, Advil®, and others.

Key responsibilities

• Create demand for Haleon brands by delivering scientific product messages to doctors and pharmacists.
• Handle product‑related queries, address concerns, and satisfy customer needs.
• Develop and maintain daily call plans, Must‑See Lists, pharmacy lists, and territory business plans.
• Achieve coverage, prescriber, volume and value targets set by business units.
• Monitor stock availability, product expiries, and ensure timely distribution.
• Coordinate with distributor sales representatives on itineraries and promotions.
• Maintain expert marketing trackers such as sample distribution, Lunch & Learn events, and promotional material issuance.

Required profile

• Completed A/LA degree or part qualification in CIM/SLM (advantageous).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic scientific knowledge of body systems and disease product knowledge.

• Computer literacy (MS Office).
