About the role

RTV Global Network is seeking a confident on‑camera professional to host podcasts, conduct interviews and create engaging video content. The role involves interacting with a diverse range of guests—including celebrities, influencers, entrepreneurs and industry experts—across digital platforms and on‑location events throughout Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

• Host and present podcasts, interviews and video segments in both Sinhala and English.
• Research guests, industries and current affairs to develop thoughtful interview questions.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, social media and production teams on scripting, programme development and audience‑engagement initiatives.
• Represent RTV Global Network professionally on‑camera, at events and during field assignments.
• Travel to various locations for interviews, corporate visits, promotional activities and special productions.

Required profile

• Professional working proficiency in Sinhala and English; Tamil or additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation and on‑camera presence.
• Strong interpersonal, networking and research abilities.
• Willingness to work Wednesday to Sunday and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Fluency in Sinhala and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to lead conversations and engage guests effectively.
