Marketing Success Manager (Remote, Sri Lanka)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Success Manager to own client relationships and drive marketing results for dental, medical and healthcare practices in North America. Working remotely from Sri Lanka, you will manage a portfolio of practice owners, lead strategy sessions and ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Lead review and strategy meetings, drive retention, renewals and early identification of churn risk.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance across SEO, website, social media, online reputation and paid advertising.
• Translate marketing data into clear business outcomes such as increased leads, new patients and revenue.
• Present results in plain language, manage expectations with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with Ekwa’s specialist teams to align deliverables with client goals.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in client success, account management or digital marketing; agency background preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English with confidence on calls with North American clients.
• Organised, proactive and able to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Experience in healthcare, dental or professional‑services sectors is a plus.
