Marketing Specialist – Remote (Sri Lanka)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing for our ADHD & Autism Clinic and, over time, across our broader portfolio of UK‑based healthcare and professional services. The role is fully remote, based in Sri Lanka, and requires close collaboration with our UK management team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies for The ADHD & Autism Clinic, including content creation, graphics, short‑form videos and reels.
• Manage website, blog, SEO and email campaigns to increase organic traffic, generate high‑quality enquiries and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain and analyse CRM data, track leads from source to conversion and produce regular performance reports.
• As the role expands, coordinate marketing activities across Expert Court Reports Ltd and Dr Andrew Iles Clinic, adapting messaging for patients, families, solicitors and professional referrers.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional marketing experience with a proven track record in digital channels.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong copy‑writing abilities.
• Experience managing business social media accounts and creating graphics and short‑form video content.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO, content marketing and email campaign management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for lead capture, segmentation and reporting.

• Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn for social media management
• Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads and Meta Ads
• WordPress or other CMS for website updates
• Mailchimp or comparable email marketing tools
• Microsoft Office suite
• AI marketing tools for content creation and research
