Marketing & Public Relations Associate for Music Band

About the role

We are seeking an outgoing, organized, digitally‑savvy professional to become the face and engine of WINGS Music’s bookings and social media. The associate will be the first point of contact for clients, manage our online presence and represent the band at live events.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound booking inquiries, prepare quotes, negotiate and close deals for weddings, corporate events and venue performances.
• Follow up on leads and past clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Track each booking from inquiry through performance and payment.
• Attend gigs to network with venue managers, event planners and other vendors, turning relationships into future bookings.
• Create simple visual content (Reels, Stories) at shows and coordinate with external content creators.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule on social media platforms, manage DMs and comments, and run targeted boosted ad campaigns.

Required profile

• Outgoing and confident when speaking with strangers to convert conversations into bookings.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple client conversations and a booking pipeline without dropping the ball.
• Comfortable creating and editing short‑form video content for social media.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic ad‑campaign setup is a plus.
